The current raffle entry is for a Culture Health Assessment for a team of 20 or fewer individuals. Larger businesses may apply and apply the assessment to a business unit or team of 20 or fewer individuals. Raffle entrants within Texas are also eligible for a quarterly raffle for in-person Culture Design services for one team of 20 or fewer individuals. One entry per IP address allowed. A particular business or organization may only win a free assessment once per two-year period. Organizations may be entered to win by any staff member or member of the public; however, in order to provide services the winning organizations must consent to all typical terms and conditions associated with Culture Health Assessments and Culture Design services. Raffle winners will be announced via our e-mail list. At this time organizations outside the United States and its’ territories are not elligible for the raffles described here-in.
