Creativity, productivity, and the general functioning of an organization are highly influenced by
personal and interpersonal stress. As a society, we receive little training in how to actively and
adaptively engage with such difficulties – which is a shame, because this is exactly what we
must learn in order to take ourselves from dysfunction to excellence.
With data collected from email communications, mobile devices, and an array of other sources,
you can reduce the costs of organizational-distress through targeted interventions that serve to
increase psychological trust, innovation, and productivity.

OPTION 01 Complete Health Monitoring Package
This package includes constant monitoring and analysis of all communications data.
Organizational insights are then published via mobile or desktop device. Note: The complete
package requires a six-month contract and build-time to automate your specific needs. Initially, results will be updated every
10 days, but after automation is complete, results would be refreshed every couple hours.
OPTION 01 Includes the following plus additional services listed on the next page.
A wide variety of insights can be mined from your organizational data:
๏ The specific topics, meetings, individuals, policies, and events with which teams may be struggling
๏ Where and between-whom conflict is occurring, whether it is moving toward resolution, and what type of
conflict it is (anger, dominance, anxiety)
๏ When persistent conflict is detected, we provide a recommended approach based on the unique
emotional signature of the conflict
๏ A literal heat map of conflict, emotion, and relations laid onto the floor-plan of Duncan Enterprises
๏ The Duncan Executive team expressed a desire to hone its leaderships’ ability to approach conflict realtime;
we could also record and analyze audio from verbal interactions such as performance reviews or
customer service calls, and offer suggestions on what to practice to improve effectiveness in those
contexts
