    We used Angela’s executive coaching as part of a broad training program and were very impressed with the reports. Because the coaching feedback was tailored to each individual, I only saw mine — though a few of our VPs shared some of the insights that they had received back and felt were very valuable in terms of what they can do to improve their communication with other members of the team. My feedback actually suggested that I was spending more energy than necessary minding my position relative to the positions of the other executive team members (all my superiors). The feedback suggested that the rest of the executive team relates to and perceives me as a peer, and that I can be more effective if I speak to them as such. It gave me the confidence to drop some of the formalities that were making my comments come across a little passive/submissive, and sort of gave me permission to be more assertive which as been working out great (I’ve since been promoted and have been invited to sit in on the weekly executive staff meeting to discuss strategic matters). Highly recommend trying this out if you are looking for some coaching. Angela has a genuine strength in discovering and gently suggesting exactly what you need to do to work better with your colleagues.
