|1||Aesthetic/functionality notes from client
Client notes interest/disinterest in, below:
Client notes that current framework allows the client to select a site that is closest to them. Client then fills out the form which is directed to the appropriate site location for follow-up. This will be needed on the new site as well.
Client would like to add a blog function that autofeeds content onto their Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts.
Client notes no significant confidential information goes through site so high level HIPPA compliant security is not needed.
Client does not like the current 'column break up' format that displays on the website and would like this removed. Full-page website.
Client would like to 'reduce the amount of clicks' needed to get to scheduling.
Client wants to retain current branding, colors, scheme as this is working for them.
Mobile optimization is a major part of the client's UX concerns.
Other notes: Client timeline for finished website is approx. end of year but current website administrator is leaving in @1 month. Domain will remain the same and will be overwritten.
|1||Notes for client:
Please note that materials for the website should be edited for copy and pages of website should be determined prior to start of website design. Editing of copy can also be done following the website design as we use a framework that will allow each of your employee users an appropriate level of permissions to edit your copy; however, editing copy during the design process can significantly slow down the completion of your website.
