How will we use this information?
We use this information to provide general information to the world about problems experienced in organizations and to approach organizations who may have culture problems to inform that they may need a ‘culture tune-up’.
We do not disclose the names of struggling cultures obtained through these methods publically. We do not disclose details about what has been reported when approaching organizations.
Why tell us this information?
If you had a bad experience in an organization it is highly likely that others will too. With your willingness to tell us where problems exist, we can try to fix these issues.
